Mr. Abreu began his career in the State of Florida as an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. He later worked as an Assistant Public Defender at the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office. Mr. Abreu currently represents persons throughout the State of Florida in both State and Federal court. His experience includes numerous jury trials, bench trials, and motion hearings. Mr. Abreu has appeared on WSVN Channel 7’s Help Me Howard, Maria Elvira Confronta, and Ultima Palabra with Ninoska Perez Castellon. He is available for a free consultation throughout the State of Florida in either English or Spanish.

Joseph H. Wolenski works for the Abreu Law Firm as an Associate. After graduating from the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Wolenski realized that his true calling was to defend persons accused of crimes by the State and Federal government. Mr. Wolenski has experience in all areas of a criminal prosecution and defense including fact investigation, discovery (depositions), motion practice, plea negotiation, and trial work. He dedicates his time solely to the practice of state and federal criminal defense.
