1001 BRICKELL BAY DRIVE
SUITE 2206
MIAMI, FL 33131
Dear Prospective Client,
Few experiences in this world can equal the stress and anxiety of a criminal indictment or arrest. In an instant, you're life, as you know it, has changed. The impact is overwhelming, and often times there are more questions than answers.

In our collective experience, we've come to realize that once arrested, a choice of two roads is put to the defendant: concede the case or confront the charges.

What does it mean to confront the charges? At this firm, it means working side-by-side with your attorney and pushing back against the criminal charges levied against you. It means formulating a defense strategy where evidence is examined, re-examined, and then examined again. It means scrutinizing the law and looking for every available defense. It means filing motions, presenting argument, and making tough decisions.

No stone is left unturned. We will tell your side of the story.

So if it's the second road you choose, call us. We focus our practice on the defense of serious criminal charges in state and federal court. It costs nothing to speak with Miami criminal defense lawyers Robert E. Abreu or Joseph H. Wolenski. We look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Miami Criminal Defense Attorney
